- Deputy Manager - Growth - Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth, creating strategic marketing plans, and building a strong student acquisition pipeline. This role demands a leader who understands both B2C and B2B education sales and digital marketing, and can align them to meet ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Build, train, and lead the sales team for optimal performance.
- Identify and nurture leads through multiple channels (walk-ins, social media, referrals, partnerships).
- Oversee counseling sessions and ensure conversion rates are maximized.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, alumni, and partners to encourage referrals.
Marketing Management:
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).
- Strategically promote courses to targeted audiences.
- Manage online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn campaigns).
- Oversee content creation for social media, email marketing, blogs, and videos.
- Track and analyze campaign performance; optimize for better ROI.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams for impactful branding and promotional materials.
Strategic Growth:
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships (corporates, influencers, institutions).
- Conduct competitor analysis to refine positioning and offerings.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers in alignment with business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Sales & Marketing
