- Sales Strategy & Execution - Own and drive the B2C sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Design sales processes, scripts, and pitch structures aligned with consumer behavior and market trends.
- Define and track key performance metrics and implement actions for continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership - Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales managers, team leads, and sales executives.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, KPIs, and incentive structures.
- Build succession plans and talent pipelines for scaling the team.
- Performance & Analytics - Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and drive accountability across the team.
- Use CRM, dashboards, and analytics tools to generate insights and optimize conversions.
- Implement A/B testing and funnel optimization strategies for improved efficiency.
- Customer Experience & Retention - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consultative selling and post-sale follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the customer success and product teams to improve customer feedback loops.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across customer lifecycle stages.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management - Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align on campaigns and lead quality.
- Provide regular business updates to senior leadership on sales trends, pipeline health, and forecasts.
