- As a PPC Manager, you will be responsible for leading, strategizing, and managing performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, customer acquisition, and growth.
- You will oversee the day-to-day operations of paid marketing campaigns across various platforms, while also mentoring a team and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure marketing success.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta, and others.
Roles & Responsibilities:.
- Develop and drive comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, YouTube), Meta, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of PPC Executives and Specialists; ensure their professional growth and skill development through training, goal-setting, and feedback.
- Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, aligned with business and marketing goals (CPL, CPA, ROAS).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee campaign structuring, ad copy creation, A/B testing, keyword strategies, bidding models, and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Content, Tech, Sales) to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
- Lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) meetings with leadership and key stakeholders showcasing performance outcomes, trends, and growth strategies.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, emerging technologies, industry changes, and competitor activity to ensure innovative and effective media buying.
- Ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and attribution using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion pixels.
- Prepare in-depth reports and dashboards for all performance metrics including ROI, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and other KPIs.
Key Requirements:.
- 6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Search (PPC in edtech Industry), with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Deep expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to strategize, execute, and scale campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Excellent team leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively, identify growth opportunities, and solve problems efficiently.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
