Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring clear understanding of the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Translate business needs into clear, concise documentation including use cases, functional specifications, and workflows.
- Create diagrams and rough wireframes to visually represent requirements and business processes.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to explain requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, solution demonstrations, and requirement analysis.
- Develop and maintain excellent documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply industry knowledge of e-commerce projects to deliver relevant and practical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT services.
- Prior experience working on e-commerce projects or within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong documentation skills, including creation of clear, well-structured reports and diagrams.
- Ability to create rough wireframes based on business requirements to assist design and development teams.
- Technical understanding sufficient to effectively communicate scenarios and requirements with development teams.
- Experience in pre-sales activities is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
