Key Responsibilities / Qualifications:

- 10+ Years of experience in contract management in the Real Estate / Construction industry

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction Management, or related field

- Strong knowledge of Real Estate / Construction Contracts

- Proven experience in a Contracts Department or similar roles.

- Manage and oversee contracts across all trades, including Civil, MEP, and Finishes.

- Analyze financial aspects of projects, ensuring budget compliance and cost control.

- Collaborate with project management teams for effective site execution.

- Develop and maintain vendor relationships to enhance project delivery.

- Conduct pre- and post-contract activities, including documentation and compliance.

- Perform rate analysis and lead contract negotiations.

- Ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contract management, excellent negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel as required
