- We are looking for a proven marketing professional who will lead our marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and accelerate revenue growth.
- This individual will spearhead the development and deployment of marketing materials and play a key role in providing client insights and actionable data for precise, targeted marketing initiatives. He/she will be involved in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and establishing our company as a market leader in automotive software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the company's brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all marketing channels.
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including market research, target audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
- Establish a unique and compelling brand position in the market, differentiating the company from competitors.
- Lead the development and execution of successful marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, public relations, content marketing, and events, to reach target audiences and drive lead generation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including defining launch timelines, messaging, and promotional activities.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide marketing support to the sales team, including sales collateral, training materials, and customer insights.
- Develop brand awareness campaigns, PR initiatives, and thought leadership content to enhance our company's reputation and visibility in the market and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Continuously monitor executive engagement in industry events and media for trends that impact marketing strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 10 years in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on software products or technology solutions, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Deep understanding of the automotive market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in product launches, brand development, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, metrics tracking, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing and leading marketing teams.
