Performance Marketing Specialist (Senior Paid Media Manager).

Location: Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (3-5 years preferred).

Skills & Competencies

- Expertise in leading Advertising platforms Google & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

- Proven experience managing paid ads end-to-end: planning, setup, optimisation, reporting and delivery.

- Familiarity with landing page design and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices.

- Ability to craft compelling and persuasive ad copies.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

- Solid understanding of Google Analytics.

- Bonus: Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, prompting techniques) to generate ad copies, creatives, and content efficiently.

- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Singular, Tableau, or Mixpanel is a plus.

- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other platforms is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Role and Responsibilities

- Play a pivotal role in taking Sadhguru's offerings to a global audience.

- Collaborate with the paid marketing team to understand campaign objectives and assist in developing and executing strategies across platforms like Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

- Contribute to the development of an overarching paid campaign strategy.

- Coordinate with team members to define creative requirements, including ad copies for different platforms.

- Oversee daily campaign activities, including planning, implementation, optimisation, budget management, and reporting.

- Analyse the performance of online campaigns, conduct reviews with stakeholders, and continuously optimise campaigns to meet and exceed targets.
