Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Research:

- Consumer Demand Assessment: Conduct in-depth research to understand demand for natural and organic produce across Tamil Nadu.

- Analyze demographics, purchasing patterns, and consumer preferences.

- Market Trends and Opportunities: Track local and national market shifts, identify growth areas, and study competitive pricing, distribution models, and promotional strategies.

- Data Collection and Analysis: Use surveys, focus groups, and consumer feedback to gather actionable insights.

- Apply statistical tools to interpret data and prepare detailed reports on trends and opportunities.

Consumer Engagement:

- Customer Profiling: Develop detailed consumer profiles, mapping motivations and barriers to

purchase.


- Marketing Strategies: Design impactful campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and community outreach to educate and engage consumers on the benefits of organic living.

Farmer Relations and Support:

- Producer Engagement: Work closely with farmers to understand capacities and challenges, providing them with insights on evolving consumer preferences.

- Training and Capacity Building: Organize workshops on quality standards, branding, and best practices to help farmers thrive in competitive markets.

Market Development and Expansion:

- Distribution Channels: Build strong ties with retail outlets, wholesalers, specialty stores, and online platforms.

- Sales Strategies: Develop strategies to optimize reach, profitability, and logistics efficiency.

- Market Entry Planning: Design entry strategies for new markets within Tamil Nadu and nationally, while fostering partnerships with local businesses, communities, and government agencies.

Monitoring and Reporting:

- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor sales, consumer feedback, and market penetration.

- Reporting: Deliver clear, insightful reports on developments and outcomes, recommending adaptations for continuous growth.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Partnership Building: Strengthen relationships with agricultural associations, government bodies, and NGOs.

- Represent the organization in forums and networking events.

- Advocacy: Champion policies and initiatives that support organic farmers and sustainable practices
