What You'll Do?
- Build daily dashboards for voice, SMS, and email performance funnels.
- Develop account-specific benchmarks for onboarding, activation, and expansion stages.
- Identify gaps and trends using historical data analysis.
- Run predictive models for rollbacks, cure rates, and recovery likelihood.
- Prepare QA sampling and reporting for agent call reviews.
- Partner with PMs and Portfolio Managers on A/B test results and campaign pivots.
What Were Looking For?
- 2-3 years of analytics experience in fintech, collections, or SaaS.
- Strong technical skills: Advanced SQL, Excel (macros, pivot tables), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with AI/ML-based predictive analytics a plus.
- Knowledge of data privacy and secure handling protocols.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills
