Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the founder in setting organizational strategy and translating it into actionable plans.
- Assist in formulating business strategies and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work on financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis to support strategic planning.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring timely progress and resolution of bottlenecks.
2. Project Management & Process Optimization
- Assist in tracking manufacturing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Lead, Manage & Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
- Maintain action plans, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure seamless execution.
- Lead & manage high priority, cross functional projects from conception to completion.
3. Data Reporting & Visualization
- Develop dashboards, charts, and performance reports for senior management.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate reports.
- Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to present data efficiently.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in reporting processes.
4. AI and Technology Utilization
- Implement AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot for task automation and reporting.
- Utilize AI-driven data analytics for decision-making and process optimization.
5. Advanced Excel & Data Management
- Develop and manage complex Excel spreadsheets for tracking KPIs, financial reports, and inventory management.
- Create macros, pivot tables, and VBA scripts to automate data processing.
- Maintain databases related to manufacturing operations and executive reports.
6. Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Draft internal and external communication (emails, speeches, reports, decks).
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and senior leadership, department heads, clients, and external partners.
- Attend key meetings with or on behalf of the Founder; drive follow-ups and ensure accountability.
- Represent the Founder's Office in high-stakes leadership conversations and business planning sessions.
7. Market Research & Business Strategy Support
- Conduct market research to support business strategy and expansion plans.
- Analyze competitors, industry trends, and operational efficiency data.
- Assist in strategic planning and business presentations.
8. Confidential Projects & Business Development
- Handle sensitive business matters, investor communications, etc., with high confidentiality.
- Support the Founder in evaluating new opportunities, markets, or partnerships.
9. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Organize and maintain legal, Financial records.
- Assist in audits, reporting, and contract management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech , M.Tech with Masters in Business Administration or a related field
- Preferred Education: Graduates/Postgraduates from premier institutes such as IIMs, IITs, NITs, or other Tier-1 institutions are highly preferred.
- 5+ years of Experience as an EA in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Notion, etc.).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
