Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely and efficient execution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.

- Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization.

- Drive Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies as needed.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management within IT, AI, or technology-driven industries.

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
