We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring, with a strong grasp of Excel and business intelligence tools.
Prior experience or exposure to the real estate sector will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to provide actionable intelligence for business growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify process gaps, propose improvements, and contribute to data-driven strategy development.
- Create and maintain MIS reports, business dashboards, and forecasting models for performance tracking and planning.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to monitor campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to real estate project performance, customer conversions, and revenue generation.
- Support the development and automation of recurring reports and business reviews.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reports or presentations.
- Assist in preparing presentations and business documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, marketing metrics, and business financials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a real estate company or real estate tech platform.
Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot or ERP platforms used in real estate.
Familiarity with real estate KPIs like inventory turnover, sales velocity, cost per lead, and conversion ratios
