IPO Lead/Director - Investment Banking - Technology Sector Coverage

About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our Investment Banking Team as MD/ Director - Investment Banking & Head of Technology Sector Coverage.

- This leadership role will focus on the coverage of Technology sector and drive strategic origination and execution of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions, with an emphasis on IPOs, QIPs follow on offering etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate and execute ECM transactions including IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, and other capital market activities.

Qualifications:

- MBA (Finance), CA, or relevant postgraduate degree from a reputed institute.

- Minimum 10 years of Investment Banking experience, with a strong focus on ECM and Technology sectors.

- Experience in live IPO , Lead IPO , Managing IPO

- Deep Understand with IPO

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Equity Capital Markets (ECM).

- Proven track record in IPO, deal origination, and execution.

- Leadership and mentoring experience.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing complex, large-scale transactions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
