Overview: We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Sales Manager to drive our international sales efforts within the professional training industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets by promoting our training programs to corporate clients, enterprises, and institutions globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement international sales strategies to drive revenue growth for professional training programs.
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers across global markets.
- Understand client L&D needs and propose customized training solutions to meet business objectives.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, to deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer demands.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and present reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in L&D sales.
- Represent the company at global conferences, webinars, and networking events to expand market reach.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in international sales within the professional training/L&D industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate training programs, learning solutions, and workforce development strategies.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in global markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with C-level executives, HR leaders, and L&D managers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
