Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Lead initiatives on employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture enhancement.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, performance appraisals, and HR policy compliance.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Support talent management initiatives including learning and development, succession planning, and career progression discussions.
- Maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track key HR processes and drive data-driven decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR generalist or HR advisory roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Sound knowledge of employee engagement practices and employee relations.
- Hands-on experience across HR operations and full employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
