Job Summary:
The Senior Cloud Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Intileo's cloud solutions portfolio. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), a proven track record in enterprise sales, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Mumbai region, focusing on cloud solutions (AWS/Azure).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose tailored cloud solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to C-level executives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on cloud solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Identify and cultivate long-term partnerships with clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of AWS and Azure cloud platforms and related services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide technical insights and contribute to the development of cloud solutions.
- Understand SaaS, security, IT architecture, and enterprise software sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7-15 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in cloud sales, software sales, virtualization, IT solutions sales, or enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of AWS Cloud or Azure Cloud solutions.
- Experience in SaaS, security, IT architecture, and enterprise software sales.
- Excellent client relationship management and ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Experience with executive-level presentations and C-suite engagement.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high-performance track record.
- Management Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
