Job Title: Performance Manager (Marketing & Growth)

Location: Hadapsar, Pune

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM (US Shift)

Experience Required: 6+ Years

With upcoming product launches, we are aggressively entering new markets and looking for a Performance Manager who can spearhead marketing initiatives, leverage AI-driven strategies, and ensure impactful growth across international markets.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, ensuring accountability and goal achievement.


- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, targeting US and global markets.


- Drive performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, SEO, paid media, content, and partnerships.


- Leverage AI tools & analytics for campaign optimization, predictive insights, and smarter targeting.


- Collaborate closely with US-based clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align strategies with business goals.


- Monitor KPIs, track ROI, and present performance insights to leadership teams.


- Build and expand brand presence in IT and Fintech domains, ensuring product differentiation in competitive markets.


- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficient scaling of campaigns.


- Explore new trends, tools, and strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.


Requirements:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing/market growth, with proven success in IT and Fintech industries.


- Hands-on experience using AI-driven marketing tools & automation platforms.


- Strong background in working with US clients and managing campaigns for international markets.


- Demonstrated ability in leading teams, setting KPIs, and driving accountability.


- Proven expertise in B2B/B2C marketing, digital campaigns, and GTM execution.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical decision-making skills.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and work flexible night shifts.


Preferred Skills


- Experience in SaaS or product-based companies.


- Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.


- Familiarity with data visualization/BI tools for reporting (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Understanding of compliance requirements in Fintech (desirable).
