Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hiring, training, deployment, and delivery excellence
- Manage large teams with respect to revenue, margins and applied ratio.
- Manage customer relationship and generate new business opportunity.
- Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Guide the team in self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Help the team to create high-value increments each Sprint.
- Identify and remove impediments that are blocking the team's progress.
- Escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Coach the team on Scrum principles, practices, and values.
- Help the team to improve their processes and workflows.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the Product Backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
- Help the Product Owner to understand and apply Scrum principles.
- Collaborate with customer operations, engineering, and procurement teams to align service delivery with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions.
- Implement digital tools and analytics for customer value proposition and better business insights.
Work Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale service delivery projects in upstream, midstream, or downstream environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with Plant engineering covering different gate process.
- Exposure to international oil & gas markets and global delivery models.
