Reporting to Director - Head IB
Experience in medical & surgical devices.
CTC Can go up to 13 to 18 LPA depending upon the current CTC.
Responsible for :
- Devise sales strategy, Channel/distribution Partner/s, development plan, and sales forecasts to ensure yearly objectives are met.
- Responsible for developing new key accounts to increase customer base.
- Plan / Support local conferences, workshops, and roadshows in coordination with the marketing team
- Manage the environment (Customers, Influencers) through clearly established systems/procedures.
- Follow-up with debtors & credit control to ensure timely overall billing & collection.
- Manage KOLs of the region.
- Implement Inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stocks; keep a tab on slow-moving items & achieve a reduction in inventory management cost.
- Develop Channel Distribution strategy, revenue Generation, Business market Penetration & Increase Market Share in the region defined.
