Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an International Business Development Manager/Senior Business Development Manager specializing in IT service-based company roles. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive international business strategies to expand Lucent Innovation's global footprint. This role involves identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the international IT services market, managing all aspects of international sales activities, and cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will work closely with the senior management team to align business development goals with overarching company objectives, providing innovative and strategic solutions to meet the evolving needs of our global clientele.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development:

- Develop and implement strategic international business plans to achieve company growth objectives.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the international IT services market.

- Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for targeted international regions.

International Sales & Lead Generation:

- Drive international sales initiatives, focusing on AI/ML, Java/Node.js/React, and other relevant IT services.

- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outbound sales activities, networking, and strategic partnerships.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

- Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns utilizing modern sales techniques.

Account Management & Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, regular follow-ups, and exceptional service delivery.

- Manage and grow existing accounts.

Business Planning & Reporting:

- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and business development initiatives to senior management.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development activities with project delivery and client expectations.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with international clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

-= Proven experience in International Business Development and International Business, specifically within the IT services industry (Must).

- Demonstrated expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Account Management.

- Extensive experience in International Sales.

- Experience in lead generation and outbound sales.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

- Strong understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA is highly preferred.

- Must be willing to work in the Ahmedabad office.
