Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex software implementation and integration projects, specifically within the UKG ecosystem.

- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for UKG software implementations, upgrades, and related technology initiatives, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, detailed work breakdown structures, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams (including technical, functional, and sales), and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful project delivery.

- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively, developing contingency plans as needed.

- Monitor project performance against key metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and ensure project health.

- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated constraints.

- Facilitate and champion Agile project management practices, ensuring flexible and iterative project execution where appropriate.

- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

- Resolve conflicts and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and a focus on positive outcomes.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced project team members.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of working experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on software implementation or IT projects.

- Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring, with a solid understanding of various project management methodologies (e. , Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

- Expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.

- Familiarity with risk management strategies and extensive experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.

- Technical proficiency in UKG software solutions and related technologies.

- Proven experience in managing project budgets and resources efficiently.

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc. ) and their application in project management.

- Excellent ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner, etc. ) is a significant plus.

- Direct experience with specific UKG modules and software such as UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro), UKG Dimensions (formerly Workforce Dimensions), or UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Ready).

- Familiarity and working experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.

- Working experience with world-class SaaS (Software as a Service) organizations
