Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Management Specialist to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal vendor performance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills to align vendor partnerships with business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on business requirements.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and address performance issues proactively.

- Monitor vendor compliance with company policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline procurement and vendor operations.

- Track vendor performance metrics and generate reports for process improvements.

- Resolve conflicts and escalate issues when necessary to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in vendor management, preferably in the IT sector.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

- Proficiency in data analysis and vendor performance tracking tools.

- Ability to handle multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
