Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other tools to ensure accurate tracking, user behavior insights, and data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Optimize campaign performance by refining bidding strategies, audience segmentation, keyword targeting, and ad placements.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad experiences and high-converting landing pages.
- Present actionable insights, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor junior performance marketing team members, fostering a high-performance, growth-driven culture.
- Implement and manage remarketing, automation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Understand and apply various attribution models to evaluate campaign effectiveness and customer journey impacts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across various formats and platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max) preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, tech, and product teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with other paid channels like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Knowledge of CRO tools (e., Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely) and marketing automation platforms (e., HubSpot, Marketo)
