Senior Sales Director


Job Description:


Intellicus Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the India region.


The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of progressive sales experience in enterprise BI, analytics, or SaaS product sales, with a proven track record of managing large accounts and leading high-performing sales teams.

This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening Intellicus position in the competitive Indian analytics landscape.

Job Location: Noida/Mumbai/Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in India.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.

- Identify and prioritize key industry verticals and customer segments to maximize sales opportunities.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to drive business growth.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior leadership.

- Negotiate complex deals and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer needs.

- Represent Intellicus Technologies at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 15+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles within the BI, analytics, or SaaS domains.

- Proven success in enterprise sales and managing large, complex deals in the Indian market.

- Deep understanding of BI/analytics software solutions and industry trends.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Experience building, leading, and scaling sales teams in a competitive technology market.

- Willingness to travel within India as required.

Preferred Skills:.

- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and data analytics ecosystems.

- Strong professional network within Indias enterprise analytics and technology sectors.
