Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive new business development and account management in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise software, BI, analytics, SaaS, or IT solutions. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and engage enterprise customers for Intellicus' BI & analytics solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Drive end-to-end sales cycles - from lead generation, qualification, solution presentations, and proposal negotiation to deal closure.
- Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points, demonstrate Intellicus' BI platform, and provide tailored solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure customer success.
- Revenue & Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to overall business growth.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in BI, analytics, SaaS, enterprise software, or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of hunting, winning, and managing enterprise accounts.
- Strong experience in consultative & solution selling for C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for sales tracking.
- Strong network in the Mumbai business ecosystem is a plus.
