Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle HCM Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud or EBS suite and a proven track record of successfully implementing, configuring, and supporting HCM solutions for clients.
- This role requires strong functional and technical skills, excellent communication and client management abilities, and the capacity to lead and contribute to complex projects.
- As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs and drive their success.
Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Succession Planning, Career Development), Compensation & Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Payroll (if applicable).
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional designs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Client Management & Communication - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and fostering trust.
- Conduct client workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Oracle HCM best practices and solution options.
Problem Solving & Support:
- Analyze and resolve complex functional and technical issues related to Oracle HCM systems.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and user training.
- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Oracle HCM data models, security frameworks, and integration capabilities (e. , REST APIs, SOAP web services, HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Data Loader).
- Experience with reporting tools (e. , OTBI, BI Publisher) to develop and customize reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with SQL and other database query languages for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of customization and extension options within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment (e. , Page Composer, Sandboxes).
- Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate effectively with other consultants, technical teams, and project managers.
