Intellicore - Functional Consultant - Oracle FCCS

Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Oracle FCCS Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our EPM/Hyperion practice, you will be responsible for leading and delivering successful Oracle FCCS implementations for our clients.

- You will leverage your deep functional knowledge of financial consolidation processes and your extensive hands-on experience with FCCS to design, configure, and deploy solutions that meet complex business requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical capabilities of FCCS, excellent communication and client-facing skills, and the ability to lead and mentor project teams.

Responsibilities:

Solution Leadership and Delivery:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Oracle FCCS projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Take ownership of the overall project solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

- Validate solution designs and provide guidance to the project team on technical feasibility and implementation strategies.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues related to the FCCS solution.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within budget and timelines.

- Facilitate and lead business requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their financial consolidation processes, reporting needs, and pain points.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications for the FCCS application.

- Develop detailed design documents (SDD) outlining the configuration and customization of FCCS.

- Proficiency in data integration tools such as FDMEE, ODI, or Data Management.

- Understanding of underlying database concepts and SQL (preferred).

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets) and PowerPoint.
