As we scale globally, we are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Manager to lead Client Servicing and Key Account Management

Location Baner - Pune - Office Location, India (with international travel as required)

Role Focus Managing and growing strategic accounts, with a focus on Fortune 500 clients and GCCs.

Driving repeat business through high-impact client servicing and proactive engagement.

Selling Rubiscape as a value-added platform for managed analytics services Leading proposal, bid management, and long-term contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Client Growth:

- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, including Fortune 500 companies and GCCs.

- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, understanding their evolving analytics needs.

- Develop and execute account strategies to grow existing accounts and secure longterm contracts.


Drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for analytics outsourcing services and managed offerings.

Business Expansion & Revenue Growth:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

- Own revenue targets for key accounts, delivering consistent business growth.

- Position Rubiscape as a strategic platform for BI-to-AI transformation and managed services.

- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to align solutions with client business objectives.

Proposal & Bid Management:

- Lead the end-to-end management of proposals and bids for large-scale analytics projects.

- Coordinate with internal teams to craft compelling, client-centric proposals.

- Manage RFP processes, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions, Strategic Engagement & CXO Networking:

- Engage with senior client stakeholders, including CXOs and decision-makers.

- Facilitate executive briefings, product demonstrations, and strategic roadmap discussions.

- Represent Inteliment at industry events and forums to strengthen client relationships.
