Position Title: Business Development
Location: Gurugram
Nature of Job: Full -Time
Roles and Responsibilities:
- This role will play a pivotal role in expanding Intec's Architecture/Engineering (A/E) business by spearheading sales initiatives for Design-Assist/BIM/VDC services internationally.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, with a focus on leading A/E design and construction contracting firms in North America, Europe, UK, and APAC.
- Promoting Intec's core services, including Architecture, Structure, MEPF design assist, and BIM development, to key stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure seamless client experiences and deliverables.
- Meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets as established by the organization.
Essential Skills/Attributes of the Ideal Candidate:
- Any BE /B.Tech / B.Arch - MEP, Civil, Architecture preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of at least 5+ years in B2B sales within the A/E industry or related field.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to foster connections with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong capabilities to structure and negotiate contracts with prospective and existing clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems independently.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic environments and navigating ambiguity.
