- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Prepare and communicate Project Plan.
- Track status and execute adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met.
- Facilitate change requests, get necessary approvals for CRs and ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Report on progress at an agreed upon interval and escalate to stakeholders as need be.
- Take ownership of the project delivery while coordinating with stakeholders.
- Perform risk and issue management.
- Prepare and implement mitigation plans.
- Proactively work on issues and blockers and help the team move at its fastest pace possible.
- Coordinate project meetings produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project documentation, updates, status reports, project modifications, key deliverables and approvals for project stakeholders and task owners.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
