About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Sales Operations Manager to join our Operations team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands B2B sales processes, and can scale operations, optimize workflows, and lead high-performing teams.
Youll be working closely with Founders, C-level executives, and a talented sales operations team to streamline processes, drive growth initiatives, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements across internal teams to drive efficiency and growth.
- Act as a central point of coordination for inside sales, delivery, and lead-gen teams.
- Manage internal reporting dashboards and track key operational metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads to define and align KPIs across departments.
- Guide and mentor junior operations and ABM team members for performance optimization.
- Maintain data hygiene and accuracy in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel sheets.
- Proactively solve bottlenecks in workflows and suggest process automation wherever possible.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 - 5 years of experience in operations, growth strategy, or project coordination.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, tech, and delivery teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), Excel, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in B2B/SaaS-based environments is a plus.
