As we grow across products, platforms, and people were looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn't just chase trends, but drives business outcomes through content.

Role Overview:

You'll lead social media for a portfolio of brands under the InsuranceDekho umbrella spanning B2C, B2B, and internal verticals. From launching new handles and campaigns to managing influencers and brand communities, you'll be the voice (and vibe) of the brand across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Ownership:

- Build and execute the social media strategy across multiple brand handles including core InsuranceDekho, agent onboarding (POSP), new verticals like SME, Health, Motor, and sub-brands.

- Align social media goals with broader brand and business objectives acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Business-Driven Campaigns:

- Plan and launch campaigns that support product launches, sales milestones, awareness pushes, and distribution partnerships.

- Work with internal teams (Performance, Product, Sales) to amplify campaigns and measure real impact.

Content Leadership:

- Oversee content calendar planning, creative copywriting, and storytelling direction across all social platforms (IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).

- Translate business narratives into relatable, engaging, and platform-native content.

- Champion both English and vernacular content creation for Bharat-first communication.

KPI & Performance Management:

- Define and track social media KPIs reach, engagement, CTRs, saves, community growth, sentiment, etc.

- Share monthly dashboards with insights, performance deep-dives, and actionable next steps.

Influencer & Community Building:

- Lead influencer marketing strategy: onboarding, briefing, content supervision, and ROI tracking.

- Build a pipeline of creators, agents, and advocates that can speak to Tier 2/3 audiences authentically.

Internal & Employer Branding:

- Partner with HR and Communications to amplify internal initiatives like offsites, awards, L&D programs, etc.

- Use social as a tool to attract talent, boost morale, and tell the inside story of the brand.

Team & Vendor Management:

- Lead a small internal team and manage agencies, freelancers, designers, and editors for smooth execution.

- Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and consistent tone across channels.

What We're Looking For:

- 6 to 8 years of experience in social media and digital content, preferably with agency background

- Proven ability to manage multiple brand handles and lead content across both B2C and B2B verticals

- Strong eye for content, narrative, and aesthetic that builds brands, not just followers

- Deep familiarity with data-led social media including dashboards, KPIs, audience insights

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- A self-starter mindset with the agility of a startup and the discipline of a brand custodian

Bonus If You Have:

- Experience working in fintech, BFSI, Insurtech, or startup environments

- Built or scaled a brand in Tier 2/3 India

- Hands-on knowledge of ORM tools, social listening, or sentiment tracking

- Experience in live event coverage or real-time content capture
