- Sales support with Product fitment - The assessment should be done whether the product features, benefits would fit in the requirement of our clientele. Based on need based suitability analysis needs to be done and the right product as per age group and risk profile needs to be sourced
- Field level involvement with the sales team - In order for proper execution of the annual plan in insurance, one must consider the field support available at each location for seamless execution. The FOS, quality of the teams and aid in issuance of cases should be looked at and engagement with the channel partner at the field level needs to be ensured
- Updation and communication of the fund performance and relevant information to the concerned teams (WM, Sales etc) through mailers, in house training etc
- Track insurance first year and renewal revenue, MIS tracking the same, measurement of the plan vs achievement
- External processes - Coordination and process setting with other teams or departments/ external companies/ manufacturers. Ensuring data flow through proper MIS on new and renewal business
