We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campus Outreach & Partnership Manager to spearhead institutional engagement efforts. This role focuses on building partnerships with academic institutions, driving student enrollment, and expanding the reach of our AI programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders such as Principals, Deans, Directors, and Placement Officers at academic institutions.
- Pitch Institute's offerings-including Dual Degree programs, Certifications, Masterclasses, and AI Bootcamps.
- Drive the full partnership cycle: prospecting, outreach, meetings, proposal pitches, negotiations, MoU closures, and post-signing activation.
- Plan, organize, and execute on-campus student engagement activities (seminars, workshops, bootcamps, career guidance, etc.).
- Achieve quarterly onboarding targets of 20-30 new institutions with minimum student enrollment thresholds per partner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery and support.
- Manage and maintain documentation for outreach, partnerships, and lead conversions.
- Represent AI Institute at educational fairs, academic conferences, and on-ground promotional events.
- Recruit and manage a large network of Campus Ambassadors and student representatives to drive engagement at the grassroots level.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Onboard 20+ new institutions per quarter.
- Conduct minimum 10 seminars or masterclasses per month.
- Achieve minimum 5 student enrollments per institution post-activation.
- Secure long-term MoUs with at least 50% of partnered institutions.
- Build and manage a network of 100+ active Campus Ambassadors within 6 months.
- Submit bi-weekly outreach and conversion reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in academic partnerships, institutional sales, outreach, or admissions-preferably in EdTech or Higher Education.
- Demonstrated success in executing campus programs and academic collaborations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
