Job Summary:
Exponents Insta USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, and align marketing strategies with business objectives for the US Market. The Marketing Strategist will oversee all aspects of marketing, including branding, lead generation, digital strategy, and international expansion across Atlantic.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand positioning/ Brand management (Unified strategies across platforms)
- Creating a brand story tagline, mission, and vision statements for the Exponents brand, aligned with overall business goals
- Developing branding strategies for social media platforms
- Ensuring all website content and graphics are in line with the brand strategy
2. Contents strategy- (Key message) (Design and curate impactful/engaging content)
- Website: Implement strategies related to UI/UX and customer experience enhancement
- Social Media: Develop content strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram to maximize engagement
- Video Creation: Facilitate storyboard and Video Storyboard to enable animation teams to create videos for the website, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Newsletters: Curate newsletter content to be shared with a specific client list
- Case Studies: Produce content across various social media platforms (e.g., videos, animations, live interviews, infographics)
3. Awareness: PR and Media Outreach: (Increase awareness about Exponents USPs to the Target Group/customer)
- Website - Ensure the website effectively highlights USPs and supporting PR outreach.
Social Media Strategies:
- LinkedIn: Develop a monthly/weekly post plan to maximize engagement
- Instagram: Increase relevant followers and create content (posts, reels, stories) that resonates with the USA target group
- YouTube, Facebook & Instagram channels
4. Enhancing the complete customer journey:
- Develop strategies to ensure client reviews on all relevant marketing platforms
- Identify gaps in the current customer experience and develop solutions to address them at various touchpoints
- Create customized content for key accounts
5. Performance management
- Track leads across platforms with respect to the strategies implemented and budget spent
- Identify new methods of generating meaningful leads
- Analyze lost customers (why they were lost and how to improve)
