Lead - Business Process Re-engineering Job Responsibilities: Operational Benchmarking: - Benchmarking of existing processes against industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement. - Leverage expertise in lean principles, six sigma, continuous improvement and other disciplines to define the future state with target metrics to drive execution Business Process Redesign: - Lead the redesign of business processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and drive innovation. - Utilize process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to analyze existing processes, identify pain points, and propose solutions for improvement. - Work closely with business teams to implement redesigned processes and monitor their effectiveness. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of business process redesign initiatives. - Monitor and report on the performance of redesigned processes, highlighting achievements, identifying areas for further improvement, and providing recommendations to senior leadership. D&A Mindset Adoption: - Support the enterprise shift in mindset to embrace Data & Analytics, problem solving, critical thinking, and uncertainty associated with a process transformation. - Gather insights, understand requirements, and align business process redesign initiatives with overall process transformation goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with Service Management, Program Management Office, and Leadership teams to align operational goals with broader Exponents objectives. - Provide leadership and guidance in fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions and geographies. - Serve as a key point of contact for operational excellence initiatives across the organization. Skills & Desired Experience: - Minimum of 5-8 years with proven track record of leading process and/technology improvements with complex & high growth business organizations. - Successfully managing a customer-focused service within a complex multi-functional organisation. - Practical knowledge and experience of successfully delivering significant projects, programmes, assignments and workplans, adopting appropriate project and programme management methodologies tools, and techniques. - Ability to thinks strategically; taking a balanced short and long-term view when solving problems; ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources - Result oriented, with high level of motivation for self-growth, along with the drive for growing team members and overall organization. - Excellent communication skills and command on English. - Entrepreneurial spirit with high motivation and enthusiasm to learn. - Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients of all levels and with fellow project team members - Intellectually curious about the external environment, key competitors and market trends; applies these insights to their work - Knowledge of business process review, improvement and re-engineering theory and procedures.
