Title/Role- Inside Sales Specialist


Exp. Range 3-5 yrs. (3+ years relevant experience)


Job Location: Noida (Hybrid work)


Qualification Graduate/PG, preferably technology background


As an Inside Sales Exec. candidate should come with strong inside sales experience in selling Digital transformation solutions combined with Business-Critical Enterprise Applications (such as Application Development, cloud solutions, Data & Analytics, Cyber Security, RPA, managed services, etc.) and Consulting solutions for the US market, wherein the candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads for various services and solutions of the organization in the U.S.


Roles and Responsibilities:- Inside Sales Exec. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


- Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation methods, follow-up, and conversion


- Understand customer needs and requirements and articulate the right solution


- Achieve target number of leads monthly


- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest


- Maintain and expand a database of prospects within the assigned territory


- Launching sales campaigns, improving the sales process, working with prospects, and then generating sales for our

Solutions & Consulting business.


- Work Closely with Front end onsite sales and marketing team


Qualification and Skills required:


- 3-5 years of experience in business development and lead generation through cold calling, emails, and social selling

in the U.S. market.


- At least 3 years of experience in Software sales and IT services, B2B sales


- Proven Inside Sales Experience to US-based Businesses


- Highly Motivated and Self-confident.


- Strong Phone presence and excellent communication skills
