About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager with a strong inclination towards Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineering to join our Gurugram team. This hybrid role requires a blend of sales strategy, market research, and technical enablement to drive enterprise adoption of our Computer Vision platform. You will be responsible for expanding our B2B footprint, building high-quality prospect funnels, and enabling our sales teams with the right technical GTM playbooks for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market sizing and opportunity analysis for enterprise sectors.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential verticals and accounts.
- Research customer pain points and align them with product capabilities.
Lead Generation & Database Management:
- Build, validate, and manage prospect databases.
- Manage outbound calling teams and sales sequences.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy (Zoho CRM).
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Monitor sales funnel progression and engagement metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve outbound strategy.
GTM Engineering:
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to create sales playbooks, demo workflows, and technical pitch decks.
- Translate complex product features into clear customer-centric use cases and ROI stories.
- Develop GTM strategies for new product launches (packaging, pricing, positioning).
- Build competitive intelligence and objection-handling frameworks.
- Enable sales teams with the right tools, templates, and training.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in inside sales, business development, or market research (B2B/enterprise focus).
- Proven experience in GTM strategy, sales enablement, or technical sales support.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred) and sales automation tools.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Strong technical curiosity with ability to work with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
