Inside Sales Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and strategic Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive revenue growth through effective lead conversion, sales pipeline management, and team performance optimization.
- Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to convert inbound and outbound leads.
- Set and track sales KPIs, ensuring team accountability and performance through data-driven insights.
Team & Performance Management:
- Monitor daily activities of the sales team including call volumes, email outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
- Conduct regular sales training, role plays, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance team effectiveness.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and team goals.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Oversee lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Ensure proper use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) to maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
- Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Customer Engagement
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle.
- Engage directly with high-potential prospects to close deals or support the team with complex opportunities.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help shape product and service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors /master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with sales CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable plans
