
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through research, outreach, and campaign activities for the US P&C insurance and technology markets.
- Execute targeted email marketing, outreach campaigns, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Conduct market research to identify key accounts, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progression.
- Own and update lead database, ensuring accuracy and data hygiene.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
- Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot and others) to track, manage, and report sales activity.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, campaign performance, and pipeline status.
Key Requirements
- Proven expertise in email marketing, campaigns, ABM, and market research.
- Strong communication skills verbal and written (fluent English required).
- Prior experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools.
- Strong ability to own and manage lead databases and pipelines.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to working with US-based clients and time zones.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools
