Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Brand Management: Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for a selected portfolio of brands, defining and executing their roadmap on Smytten to achieve targeted goals.
- Brand Onboarding & Sourcing: Identify and onboard new beauty and personal care brands to enhance Smytten's offerings.
- Promotion Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end campaign planning, including promotional strategies, launch activations, and brand collaborations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, analytics, and tech) to drive brand success and optimize performance.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor key metrics (KPIs) for partner brands, analyze their impact on sales, and derive actionable insights for improvement.
- Industry Representation: Represent Smytten at key industry events, activations, and networking sessions to drive brand engagement and partnerships.
- Market Research & Expansion: Stay ahead of market trends, research potential brand partners, and explore new categories for onboarding.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Brand Partnerships, or Category Management within the Beauty & Personal Care industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a proven track record of driving brand growth.
- Experience in team management and solving the people issue within the team.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and execute growth strategies effectively.
- Experience in managing promotional campaigns and cross-functional collaborations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for beauty, personal care, and emerging industry trends.
