About the Role:


We are seeking a seasoned Talent Partner to strengthen our people agenda by focusing on employee engagement, culture building, performance management, rewards & recognition, and retention strategies. This role will act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, ensuring a high-performing and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster motivation, collaboration, and productivity.

- Drive talent management programs, including succession planning and capability development.

- Design and manage Rewards & Recognition programs to celebrate and reinforce high performance.

- Oversee exit management processes with a focus on feedback, insights, and retention strategies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders on recruitment activities to support business needs.

- Develop and maintain HR dashboards for workforce analytics and reporting.

- Manage the complete performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.

- Conduct attrition analysis and recommend actionable interventions to improve retention.

- Partner with leadership to build a positive, high-performance culture aligned with organizational values.

- Enhance overall employee experience through meaningful people practices.


- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with strong focus on engagement, culture, performance, and R&R.

- Proven expertise in designing and managing recognition programs.

- Strong analytical ability for attrition trends and workforce insights.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to influence, drive change, and foster a positive work environment.
