Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy:

- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities and target markets aligned with company objectives.

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing client portfolios.

- Drive revenue growth by successfully converting leads into new clients and expanding service offerings.

Sales & Lead Generation:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential leads and industry trends.

- Implement effective lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.

- ead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals successfully.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution.

Collaboration & Reporting:

- Collaborate effectively with internal marketing, product, and delivery teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development initiatives to leadership.

Qualifications:

- Proven 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.

- Strong capabilities in market research and lead generation.

- Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.

- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning and driving revenue growth.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for effective client engagement and internal collaboration.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the marketing or scenting industry is a significant plus.

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
