- We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pune.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP SD, coupled with a proven track record of leading successful implementations, support activities, and solution delivery.

- This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Implementations & Support: Spearhead end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.

- Provide comprehensive post-go-live support and ongoing system enhancements.

- Business Process Analysis & Solution Delivery: Analyze complex business requirements related to sales, order management, pricing, billing, and logistics.

- Translate these requirements into effective and efficient SAP SD solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.

- Configuration & Customization: Perform in-depth configuration and customization of the SAP SD module, covering areas such as Sales Order Processing, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing Procedures, Credit Management, Output Determination, and Master Data (Customer Master, Material Master).

- Integration Management: Configure and manage integrations between SAP SD and other core SAP modules, particularly SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP FI (Financial Accounting), and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

- Collaborate with respective module consultants to ensure seamless data flow and process synchronization.

- Taxation & Compliance: Handle and configure GST (Goods and Services Tax) taxation functionalities within SAP SD for sales processes, ensuring compliance with Indian tax regulations.

- Work closely with the technical development team (ABAP) for any custom developments or enhancements related to taxation.

- User Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver comprehensive user training sessions for end-users and key business stakeholders.

- Create and maintain detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals.

- Client Liaison & Issue Resolution: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, effectively liaising to understand their challenges, provide expert guidance, and resolve complex SAP SD-related issues and incidents.

- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
