Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales volume and EBITA targets in alignment with organizational goals.
- New Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers within the construction and infrastructure segment.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to present value-driven solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements and pain points; provide tailored product recommendations and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Price & Credit Management: Negotiate pricing while ensuring adherence to internal pricing strategies and credit policies.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Conduct market studies, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
- Reporting & MIS: Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases.
- Provide timely updates on progress, pipeline, and market insights.
- Promote Value-Added Products: Drive adoption and sales of premium and value-added products to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven sales/business development experience in RMC, Aggregates, Cement, or Construction Materials.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Client-centric approach with technical acumen
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/MIS tools
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
