Contract Management Expert

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

- Post Graduate in Business Administration/Business Management OR

- MBA from accredited institutions.

Experience:

- Experience in Contract Development or Contract Management for PPP Projects.

- Proven experience in recommending FSI/FAR, utilizing tools like TDR, and drafting/vetting bid documents (EOI/RFQ/RFP).

- Experience in drafting Concession Agreements (DCA) for infrastructure projects implemented through PPP mode.

- Experience handling bid process management on behalf of Government agencies until the signing of Concession Agreements.

- Experience in the Tamil Nadu region is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage contracts for infrastructure projects implemented through PPP models.

- Recommend FSI/FAR and utilize tools like TDR.

- Draft and vet bid documents, including EOI/RFQ/RFP.

- Draft Concession Agreements (DCA) for PPP infrastructure projects.

- Manage the bid process on behalf of Government agencies until contract signing.

- Provide expert advice on contract-related matters.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.

- Contribute to risk management and mitigation strategies
