Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts for Smart and Safe City initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end bid cycles for large-scale government and enterprise projects-from preparation and submission to deal closure.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with central and state government stakeholders.
- Collaborate with OEM partners across verticals including CCTV, Radar, Software, Servers, Storage, and Passive Infrastructure.
- Consistently deliver on high-value, strategic deal closures.
- Guide and motivate the sales team towards performance excellence and revenue growth.
Candidate Profile:
- 12-15 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally with a leading System Integrator or OEM.
- Strong professional network across government and enterprise technology sectors.
- Proven track record in winning projects involving CCTV, ITMS, ANPR, or similar public safety technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
