Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities from business data.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts and support project managers in planning and delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and impact analysis for new initiatives.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Key Requirements: 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in domain: IT.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies (e. , Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, BPMN).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in data analysis and tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
