Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers across relevant sectors (e.g., public safety, utilities, transportation, defense, corporate operations centers, Smart Cities, critical infrastructure). Generate high-quality leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and successful closing.
- Conduct compelling product presentations, live demonstrations, and detailed site surveys in close collaboration with technical and pre-sales teams. Develop a deep understanding of complex customer needs and pain points to propose tailored Command & Control Centre solutions, integrating advanced Audio-Visual (AV) and Information Technology (IT) components.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the design and engineering teams to create comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and detailed solution documents that address client requirements.
- Manage and nurture key accounts, cultivating strong, long-term client relationships to ensure continued business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies pertinent to Command & Control Centre environments, including advancements in visualization, collaboration, and operational software.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client sites and attend industry events as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in B2B solution sales, with a preference for experience in AV/IT solutions or complex infrastructure systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong knowledge and understanding of Command & Control Centre technologies, including video walls, control room software, operator consoles, KVM solutions, and related AV/IT integration.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with technical, design, and internal teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
