Job Description :

- Client Acquisition & Renewal - Achieve sales targets for iimjobs.com recruitment & Branding solutions through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing accounts through upselling & cross-selling.

- Account Management - Actively engage with customers, accelerate adoption of iimjobs.com solutions by monitoring product delivery, demonstrations and trainings.

- Consultative Sales - Develop an in depth understanding of the client's business and their needs and then propose iimjobs.com solutions.

- Process Compliance - Partner with cross functional teams & other departments (i.e. Legal, Finance) to ensure internal process compliance and adherence to guidelines

- Closure and Collection - Manage prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation.

What you need to bring to the 'table' :

- Have a strong interest/experience in managing and cracking large corporate accounts

- Possess a strong drive to achieve results and can coordinate with different functions such as product, customer success, marketing & analytics teams to provide outstanding service to our customers

- Interfacing with Decision Makers of acquired corporate organizations for getting repeat business Cross-selling across our Lines of Business to increase revenue.

- Engaging & retaining clients through regular connects and visits.

- Have a passion for innovation and strive to find creative solutions even in the smallest details, avoiding the conventional approaches

- Possess knowledge of the best practices for selling to Large enterprises

- You are a highly energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve success

Qualification & Experience :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputed institute with 3-6 years of experience in Client acquisition/Key Account Management/Corporate Sales.

- Experience in handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power-point
